Permanent Cosmetics/Cosmetic Tattooing

Permanent Cosmetic is also known as Cosmetic Tattooing. The art of Intradermal Cosmetic Tattooing consists of implanting a custom selected color pigment underneath the dermal layer of the skin to produce a permanent eyebrow, eye-liner, or lip liner and lip color. Joy's services also include eyelash perming and tinting as well as brow tinting.

This is done with very minimal pain and bleeding because of the careful measures used throughout the entire procedure using the topical and subcutaneous analgesics. An electromagnetic coil machine is used for optimal implantation. A 6 week follow up is included with all procedures to critique and finalize the procedure.

Our specialist in this area is Joy Turner.  Joy has been tattooing cosmetically for 6 years and has performed over 1,000 procedures.  She also has over 30 years of experience in the beauty field as a licensed full time cosmetologist.
